I believe the words we use represent who we are, as people and as brands. We are the stories we tell, both to ourselves and others. Stories shape how we see and interact with the world around us, and that's something I've tried to prioritize my entire life.
In addition to writing content for a wide range of clients like you, I also co-founded and co-direct a 501(c)3 trails advocacy non-profit, Endless Trails, with my wife, Kerri. We both have a soft spot for mountains, alpine lakes, and beautiful places across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, and Endless Trails is our way of trying to protect those places and stand-up for the things that are important to us.
Before fully embracing Endless Trails and freelance work as a writer and editor, I worked in education, as well as in event and project management. All of these experiences provide depth and variety to my writing and editing, and I enjoy putting that depth and variety to work in all of my projects.
To date, I've written more than 4000 articles for clients and worked on nearly 150 books. I can use that experience to help you tell your stories, whether that's with editing help, ghostwriting, or author coaching.
We're all people, and relying on our own personal experiences—especially in written language—helps us connect with each other. Let me help you connect with your clients, customers, readers, and users.
While I sign nondisclosure agreements for most of my clients, you can see some of the places I've shared my work here. Want to know more or have questions? Just ask! We can always schedule a time to talk to see if we might be a good fit, too.
